This was nonsense. Pointless Fest was such an awesome tradition, and there were never any problems. I understand the organizers have to keep peace with the city, but the way they turned around and blamed the punks was not cool. I think the city had been trying to shut that fest down for years, and were waiting for a chance.

@oneiricimperium - Do you have an actual example of any of the punks trashing your neighborhood? Or are you just intimidated by a subculture that you don't understand?

I was at this show, filmed severed head of state(after this happened at raven lounge), filmed kylesa, SHOS and WB2D the next night, and kylesa at the shore house the next day, I have pictures of the cops fucking kids up, I personally saw tony from R.A.M.B.O. talking to FSU assholes and shook the one shitbags heand while the cops were beating kids asses.

You dont have any idea about what happened that night. The 'security' hired by Tony Pointless was a skinhead street gang that threatened and harrassed all of my friends. When we stood up against them, they called the cops, and of course the smelly, dirty kids with patched clothes are the criminals. I spent a weekend in jail over this. Maybe you should pay a little more attention to where your tax dollars are going.
