How to change ssh root Password on iPod or iPhone

first get mobile terminal from cydia
then type su root
then where it says Password:
Type alpine
Return
then type passwd
Type your new password
after that to get out of your root just type exit then click return
then type clear

  • You can get it for ios 4 from cydia.xsellise.com and find MobileTerminal and Install then open and there you go

  • @minion122122 people can easly control your device. It' like having an email where everyone as the same username and password if you don't change it.

  • u can install it through pc on deb file..u just have to download winscp for your pc..then connect iphone to pc..google for instructions..it works for me..
