To clear the Guitar Hero/Rock Band debate: Guitar Hero was started by two developers. Harmonix and Red Octane. After the second game, Harmonix becomes unsatisfied and splits off to make the Rock Band games. Guitar Hero goes to Red Octane and gets Vicarious Visions and Neversoft. Harmonix picks up EA.
