It's taken us a year to make this dvd, but it's finally here. We have essentially catalogued over 200 calisthenics exercises based on movement and level of diffuculty. Our mission is to show people how to get in the best possible shape of their lives without having to lift a weight or join a gym. We want to show the masses how to progress with calisthenics and get to the next level no matter what condition or age your starting at. More information is at http://barology101.com.

  • Crazy stamina. Quick question how many times a week do you work out? Can you over exercise on the bar? How much protein do you intake every day? Hope to hear from you soon. Keep up the good WORK.

  • @206Revolution thanks, been working out 6 times a week lately, some days not as hard as others. some days just active recovery. u can always ovetrain no matter what. you will see signs of weakening, fatigue, mental fatigue, or injury. recovery is very important. do active recovery or work different parts of you body. i take about 1 gram per pound of body weight of protien

  • What exercises i need to do to develop more bodyweight strength I mostly do dips pull ups push ups also I use a weight vest doing pull ups

  • @coreyologist handstand pushups. start up against the wall. or you could do an inverted press(feet on bench in tucked position so that upper body from waist to head is in straight line vertical to floor.

  • man I always check your videos out, but i need some major advice my goal is to improve on muscle ups, and do handstands i can hold myself on a wall but i am difficulty doing push ups, how do i improve on that because every since i have been watching you i have left weights alone i developed lifting my own body weight, but please tell how do i get stronger on functional bodyweight strength

  • @coreyologist focus on the exercises that u can only do 1-5 reps. when they become easy move on to harder exercises. work out consistently-as much as your body can take

  • How come you have only 9000+ views?

  • awesome strength!

  • Good stuff man. Keep it up

  • strong !

  • Great video and strong performance, also I like the music too. It amazes me how some of the people at the gym seemed to ignore or sort of sneer at you. Mostly meaning they cant do what you do. Anyway, you are a master in the bar-trade.

  • your strength n stamina is incredible...
