This may sound rediculous but if someone were to grow up completely isolated from movies except for one, would that person be able to come up with an original story? Or just remix the one story they know?

Typical Nitzsche. He will create a very original concept by mixing things he learned from none movie resource and transpose it into a movie. This concept will be original for movie makers but not for story writers and others.

but even if something is positively not inspired by something else couldn't it still be mistaken for a remix just because similar things have been done before?

humanity has advanced passed the point where originality is possibly improbable, we get things from copying other stuff, inception is not original, originality doesnt mean much cause originality can still be awful, everything u see today or even in the past 100 years was taken in inspiration of something less advanced than it in some form

If he grows up with this story, and not any other (Not even his own, that means no parents, no brother, nothing but a movie shown again and again).

If he grows up without a book, without music, without any source of knowledge or History or anything...

I think he will not even be able to modify the story, and he won't be able to do a remix, in that he won't be able to think diferently.

This is a cool concept, but I'm pretty sure most of these references weren't knowingly to the directors coming from other sources. It is possible for someone to think of an existing idea on their own without realizing the idea already exists.
