Tough Mudder: Arctic Enema Official Obstacle Video

Arctic Enema is all about mental grit. Many athletes use ice baths for recovery, but you'll have a difficult time relaxing your muscles in this frigid dumpster. First you must bravely jump into Big Mudder's floating iceberg abyss. Once submerged, find the mental and physical strength to swim through the ice, under a wooden plank and pull yourself out on the other end before you become hypothermic.

I remember in tough mudders early days it used to be hot coals under the water, the water was right at 190 degrees and if you touched the bottom you were done with race because of the burns, had to sign a specific waiver for that obstacle

this shit is so cheesy and overtly stupid. I've jumped into sub zero salt water in new jersey and dove into it as well, all of these events are things I could do at age 13 and i'm not even athletic, If this wasn't for a good cause I would consider it nothing more than a carnival obstacle course with good advertising.
