1974 Pontiac LeMans GT red

I can't recall seeing a LeMans GT..but here one is..and it's for sale! I really do like this style Pontiac....and this looks like it would perform very well on the street! GTO was now almost history...the last year for it, so this car helped bear the performance mantle for the division. Performance plus luxury...a nice combination!

A few items make this LeMans particularly rare. The fact it is a GT model, the 4 speed, and the rear half landau top which was more commonly found on the Luxury LeMans and after '75 the Grand LeMans. Exceptionally clean and accurately detailed throughout. Apparently the front seat was reupholstered because the pattern doesn't match the rear seats which are original.

@68prescott I appreciate the detailed information you've given! It's always nice to have verification for a particular model. I think reupholstered front seats are very common...especially when you consider rear seats may have little use..it's the front seats that get the brunt of wear and tear. Thanks! :) Jack

your camera work is making me feel sick. less movement next time please. I had a 74 as well but with the window louvers, not like this with the vinyl top, 400 blue block American engine. Man I wish I still owned that car...

@Xtremecookiesncream You must understand that I am videoing these cars in a dynamic environment, jockeying with other spectators for a chance to video. I've worked on decreasing camera swings, but I don't want to "hog" the stage while others must wait on me. Thanks! :) Jack

I have the exact same car/ model. My 74 GT is original GM Aquamarine blue with white racing stripes, chocolate chip interior with buckets from a 74 sport. I don't have the in-dash tach but have the same 4-speed trannie, naca hood scoops, original rally II wheels with trim rings and all original trunk hardware to include spare mount and bumper jack. I have never seen another one of these outside of the net and believe this car was recently sold?
