Triple front flip and Barani-Backflip in Turnkassen

Finally I did triple front flip and the Barani-Backflip :D :O I´m so happy, and I think I´m going to do it on my trampoline soon.

@arrowheadss learn a good and high barani, try to land on your back after the barani, get used to double front and backflips. when you can do all 3 just do the highest and fastest rotating barani you can do and tuck again for the backflip (practice into foampit or water).
