  • I was 4 months along when the doctor told me I was gaining weight too fast (8lbs in two weeks!). By the end of the pregnancy I had gained a total of 13lbs...9 and a half of those pounds was the baby!

  • I just started my second trimester. I had some pretty serious morning sickness, and I've lost close to 25 pounds because of it. The dr. isn't too concerned since I started out heavy. But I figured why stop now? So long as the baby is healthy! Your vids really made sense for me, and I have an all-organic health food store right up the road from me. Thanks a bunch for all the ideas! And watching you cook those lentils made me want to go get some! :)

  • Oh hello have you heard about the Acuspeed 24 Diet (do a search on google)? I heard some incredible talk about it and my work buddy shed a lot of pounds doing it.

  • @crownofHisglory wow im surprised the doctors didnt tell you that you werent gaining enough weight, 13 pounds is very minimal weight to gain while pregnant, but you knew what you were doing if the baby was 9 pounds, thats great

  • @PinkSlipPROCTUCTIONS i lost 100 pounds after my pregnancy where i gained 70 pounds, you must change your diet, raw fruits and vegetables, lots of water, NO junk food whatsoever and walking as much as you can works magic!! walking is the main exercise that worked for toning and losing the weight, i have no lose skin and my body is almost as firm as it was pre pregnancy
