@Wenbier You could not use circular breathing on the bagpipe, the volume and steady pressure you are required to maintain is unsustainable with circular breathing, hence the bag. If you had read past the first sentence you would see that I am well aware that this is done on the practice chanter.

@dorbie You could use circular breathing on just about any wind instrument, including the bagpipe. The point is that it would be useless to do so on a bagpipe, because the bag is already doing that for you. In point of fact, some pipers do learn circular breathing for use on the practice chanter.

Resto 776, The pipe Gordon is playing are not Hendersons, they're 1912 Lawries.
Nobody circular breathes on the bagpipes it would be impossible, that's what the bag is for, some circular breath on the practice chanter.
