I am quite aware that as a result of curruption level in Nigeria, most people at the helm of affairs, syphone the nations money and divert it to various foreign banks all over the world for selfish reasons.
Just for the benefit of doubts, is it not possible that this first lady in question (Mrs Stella Obasanjo) could have used hers or her husband earned salary to procure such a medical procedure because all eyes were on her?
