in cabal do you get drops in pvp?

when somebody pks enough times they get a penalty where they can not use npc's but if they let this penalty build to much then it becomes a "drop danger status" which means they are open 2 be pk'd and if they die they will drop what they are wearing but with this exception no there are no drops from pks
