@bryangoalie39 I really thought the background singers totally made The Police look like a sell out commercial band rather than the macho badass quasi punk band they started out as. I really hated this aspect of the show when I saw them at JFK Stadium in Philly that year.

Holy Crap!!! THis is a fu#%&in' EXCELLENT POLICE bootleg! I first saw THE POLICE live at The Forum , ,in Los ANgeles in 1982 / Ghost in The MAchine TOur w. Oingo Boingo.. THen the next year, we saw them at Hollywood Park racetracks w/ The Fixx and Berlin. THis is one of the coolest of the "new wave" bands of that time. Thanks for posting this! Did they play ONE WORLD at this show? Great stuff, JIM.
