  • Do you have any tutorials that demonstrate sound generation using standard Logic synths?

  • @goldtogreysmoke Not yet, but routing an LFO to modulate a filter frequency should be rather simple, even on Logic. ;) I am actually planning to purchase Logic within a rather short time, but I'm not sure if I'll make videos about Logic yet.

  • @ODSTHelljumper i was recently trying to decide which music production software i should buy, I was originally sold on logic, until I watched your tutorials and saw that reason had some seriously cool features, so i downloaded the reason demo and it was just so awesome that i had to buy it. love your tutorials

  • @np101np101 Your comment warmed my heart. :') Glad you like the stuff.

  • @ODSTHelljumper Wow I learned a lot just from your comment on routing. It's weird. One more question- is it possible to make some of the same synths as the Thor using a Logic standard generator like the ES2? I hear people constantly saying Reason has the best synths, but right now I can't justify spending $400. What's the difference?

  • @goldtogreysmoke Yes, it is absolutely possible. Reason has some unique snyths, but the technique i demonstrated here is very basic and pretty much any synth out there should be able to do it.

  • thanks for the (as always) excellent tutorial ;D

oh and btw, could you re-upload "hidden knowledge" ? (the downloads are all used up on soundcloud)

    thanks ;)

  • Some Deeep and dark Dungeon synths would be cool !

  • More old school and deep vibes mate !

  • You sir are awesome!! Give us MOAR tuts! And as long as you're doing short tuts could you maybe do like a 2 minute one on those drums? There are no good breakbeat/oldschool dnb style drum tutorials on youtube, at least not on reason :S

  • yeaaah more of these simple kick ass soundssss !!!

  • Awesome! :D

It would be nice to hear a jungle track from you
