The first ever group of 6th graders graduated from Koh Ker Primary School in Koh Ker Village. There are 4 of them, ages 15-17, 3 girls and one boy. Next year's 6th grade class will have 7 students. Graduating 6th grade students at all the schools we support gets bicycles upon graduation from 6th grade, in order that they might have the means to travel the 10-15 km it might be to the nearest secondary school.

The day began with a big meal, sponsored and served by Jim and Shirley Twyford from the USA. The prizes were given to the top 2 students in each grade; food, towels and notebooks. The bikes were then awarded to the 6th graders and hopes remain high that we can find sponsorships for their secondary education.
