  • LarryReynoldsPT (58 seconds ago) I wouldn't do more than 4 total sets of curls for biceps. After a warm up set, do 1 set to failure of 3 differant bicep exercises that get the muscle from 3 differant angles. Try holding the last rep for 5 to 10 seconds.

  • Thanks for the comment SANATUS. There are so many varations of all of the exercises. Whatever works for you is the right way. I did a set sitting on the end of a bench last night for the peak, then I did a set standing. One more set of slow-very intense hammer curls and my bi's were cooked.

    Good training to you.

  • Neat video.

I've always done "drags" in a more aggressive style; i.e., I literally PULL the bar into my abs and torso throughout the ROM. That keeps the elbows much farther back than simply keeping the barbell in contact with one's shirt.

That said, maybe "my" style isn't what Gironda had in mind.

  • Thanks for the kind words guys. Yes, they are Gironda's invention, and I always give him credit.
