pretty good stuff overall. just wondering. at about 2:20 you sat close range then when you extend your knife you are too far away to cut his center. Good drill like I said, pour closer range incorporates elbow and knee type range. I would call what you are doing more long range. Your strikes are only targeting the knife hand. I know its a drill and a good one, We call it cadena de mano, with or without a knife. just not sure about some specifics.

One thing you forgot to incorporate is that the one of two knives is going to cut the leg. It won't be all of this high line attack stuff. Anyone who actually fights with two knives will engage you in two lines not just one line. And your moving will have to become a lot better to keep your leg safe.

Lynn, How do you respond to the fact that in certian areas of the country we can't carry a large knife like that? I carry the largest I can which is about 4 inches but even then thats a small knife. Then if i go to Boston it's 2.5 inches. I personally train for the worst case scenario by having a much smaller knife than my partner. Great stuff though.

@BladeCheck101 Check out the Warriors Edge DVD. It might give you some ideas to inspire or inform your training. When there's a knife in the hand there's hope in the heart :)
