  • Please fight for meaninful response that is not paid for at the expense of senior citizens Medicare coverage. We do not need more tax and spend legislation.

  • Be afraid, America. This is my Congresscritter. He could be yours. Did you hear that very last bit? He's for broad reform of health care insurance, except the part about actually doing anything about it. If you unfortunate enough to have this career politician as your Congresscritter, know that he is headed off tomorrow to play at a Tea Party. What does he actually support? Nuthin. What do you call people that say one thing and do another? Barton. Or that "L" word.

  • You should have had the guts to stand up and call him a liar to his face. If you want to truly represent your district, take a chance to call him out.

  • Congressman, thank you! I was at your Kennedale Town Hall and you're thorough knowledge of this bill and steadfast principles are just another reminder of why the good people of District 6 continue to call upon you to represent us.

  • Based solely on your video and tweet showing how you "stumped" Steven Chu, showing that your understanding of the world is at the level of a 9 year old, I am confident that I am making the right choice in supporting the president, and not you.

    Please leave public office, immediately.

  • Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts about the speech in such a timely fashion.

  • Why did you vote for the "clawback" legislation, Joe? What part of Article I Section 9 (regarding bills of attainder) do you not understand? I didn't like those AIG bonuses, but it was unconstitutional to enact a punitive tax on those payments. The Constitution DOES matter. We can't trust this guy.

  • Thank you Representative Barton!

I appreciate the information. Not suprised but saddened to hear more missrepresentation from the Potus.
