Things are really picking up with Copernicus One. The adventure engine is working well now and I'm able to get some more loctions and puzzles integrated. This video shows the latest location I've been working on, the "Science Lab". I've mentioned in previous videos that the environment plays an important aspect to the challenges in the game. As well as glimpsing a new location, you are also experiencing another danger on board the shuttle. Yep, it's radiation. Certainly, not something you want to get too much of! So, in the game, certain locations have installed Radiation monitors. If the radiation get's above a certain level, you need to do something about it before it becomes detrimental to your health. I'm not going to give anything else away! I hope you like the video. I think this location works well with the mysterious floral and bacterial experiments present. What you are not seeing in this presentation are some messages on the notice board and wall. That really would give too much away!

  • WOW is this xblig?

  • @mitchelld8vies At the moment, yes.

  • I love it, the atmosphere looks amazing. I love the voice on the speaker. I know DBP is coming up fairly soon, but please don't rush anything. :) As always, keep up the great work. :D

  • @adem44a I know. I think it will be a partial build for DBP if I can manage it (first few locations perhaps).

  • Looks sweet! Now if there was, say, an override switch for those annoying sirens in the game when it's complete, it'd be sweeter!

  • @loveassassin13 :)) Yes. I think I'll make an interaction option with the Radiation Monitor that will dampen the volume to background ambient sound.

  • @Deeke777 Me too. Spread the word, positive comments and support really help keep the enthusiasm up! BTW, this is just the "Science Lab". Location next to it is the "Science Equipment" location. I'm sure you've looked at the Copernicus One schematic :))

  • I thought I was hooked after watching the other vids, but it's official--I'm addicted to Copernicus One :D
