Watever he says won't change anything... people won't care about poverty and disease in developing countries. They don't wanna be bothered because they have a comfortable lives and little problem, they just won't admit that others don't have anything.

You can't make everybody care about the problem of poverty but you only need some people to care. One middle class person caring might not be able to solve all the poverty but it can still safe a few families. And that is making someopne world better.

First off i do not think you understand how powerful william gates is. second off i do not think you understand how general of a term people is, and then saying that they ("the people") will not care is even more unrealistic than saying he can't change anything.
