@CRAZYmaiong these were all from the movies: Jolly Roger in the Deep Azure (movie 11), Strategy above the depths (movie 9), the private requiem (movie 10)...in the first part (the intro of haibara ai) it is from the song from one of the movies.

Good idea, but the implementation could have been much better. Some of the scenes involving Ai/Miyano's sister would have worked. Some of the scenes that show a love interest between her and Conan would have helped as well. What we have instead is just a bunch of talking scenes seemingly picked at random. Most of them have no emotional impact at all.

If you want to make a good AMV, you need to keep your eye out for the emotional impact of the clips you select.
