Wow..are you serious?!? I waited this whole time for THAT?!? Being waitress I was curious about what the complaint was, and although it may be a valid complaint I don't think it was very respectful to take the route of naming names, do you? ALSO, for the record...a proper tip nowadays is 20% ....if a waitress goes a little above and beyond then a little more is always appreciated. Take care of your servers and they will take care of you; they also dont forget a face :)

Miss first of all my condolences for your loss I have worked for chilis for a long time and can tell you that at least in my restaurant this has never happened I hope that youll give us another chance and honestly I am sooooo ashamed I hope that she gets whats coming to her again Im sorry for your horrid experience

wow! That's horrible. I'm employee at Chili's and I know that servers are excited to get a 20% tip! I can't believe she would add on to an awesome tip! She's obviously not the smartest Chilihead.

That's considered fraud. I am an employee for Chilis, and if we need any kind of food, or anything, the mangt is there for us. I'm really sorry that she did this. Please don't judge all of us with that server. There is always a bad apple in the bunch. Most of us work hard for a tip. I hope that that server will learn her lesson the hard way, and not do it again anywhere else. And that you will still give Chili's another chance. Thank You, God Bless. Tina.
