Earth Current

I think it is just balance of RLC on both sides of an opposite charge, so we may just build capacity on the one side and earth will respond. Only important thing is to proper split one pole in an oscillation. But please it could be completely wrong.

Only battery and inverter to HV output, but what is more important, no closed loop or simpler to say only one wire to ground but ground could be substitute with proper coil to, end only one name ...Tesla :)

Ground is ground.

Energy is coming from the heat in the air, which is HV HF electricity. That is collected in the copper wire, and giving ground, causes current to move/flow.
