  • One thing I forgot to mention is, if you are using raw milk, you should shake the milk container before pouring it. If you use liquid rennett as I did, you should also give it a good shake before using.

  • Honestly, I don't know where we got the forms, I think my wife had them? But it's very easy to make your own: just use a can opener and removed both the top and the bottom of a can of tuna, and voila! cheese forms. any can will work but I would recommend that they not be more than 2 inches high.
