  • Good points, and the CJR companion article is great. This talk clarifies the importance of finding viable economic models for investigative reporting and what you might call "reporting by aggregating / parsing." Who is going to pay people to sift through the incomprehensibly massive content generated these days or dig for original stories when it is more lucrative to simply rely on wire services?
