This is a video to help people find the keller family tapes.
Travel to Anchorage Memorial and head to the North, quickly you will get to the edge, across the chasm you will see a broken down truck and a tent. Make your way across the river to the tent, inside the tent on the table is the location of the 5th Keller tape. Note, there is a Super Mutant or Super Mutant Master and 2 Centaurs there. If you are a first time visitor, there is also a Captive inside

The T51B armor is the best. However it does deplete fast. Especially the helmet. Always good to stash or buy power armor for repairs on the T! It does cost more to pay someone for repars rather than finding used armor. It`s only caps. I don`t think you ever need caps for a huge purchase. Correct me if I`m wrong. I just never needed the caps beyond early play.
