The Sims 3: Making Ambrosia

My Sim makes herself ambrosia which results in a younger age and a +75 mood for 7 days. How to make ambrosia: 1) Use collection helper to locate seeds which are special in rarity and hope that one of them is a life plant. Nurture the plant until you can harvest a life fruit required for the recipe. 2) Use an Alley Catfish to catch an Angelfish. Using the Angelfish as bait, fish in the cemetery pond from about 12-3 A.M. to catch a Deathfish. 3) Buy the ambrosia recipe at the bookstore. 4) Read the recipe and start cookin'!

im working on getting the deathfish to make it, but do you have the ingredients to Baked Angel Food Cake? It says i need a Flare Fruit but i cant find it :/ do you know where it is?
