Bramlett could easily be a superior jazz singer. Its a danged shame that good post-Janis Joplin singers like Genya Ravan, Tracy Nelson, Lydia Pense and Maggie Bell remained relatively unknown. But Ive enjoyed their concerts and recordings since the ab fab 60s.
