But will it blend?

@ArneW90 but can you do tilt-shift pinhole?
-
No they will not replace tilt shifts. The cool thing about lens babies is that there is a "spot" of focus as opposed to a straight plane. Tilt shift lenses are in essence a lesser bellows camera. Tilt shift lenses can be used to shift the DoP, but it's not going to be as shallow as a lensbaby near 50mm. For the current price of tilt shift lenses, I would have to guess that most of them are being bought and used mostly by architectural photographers to correct for distortion and convergence etc.

It appears that the majority of the photographers who have made comments haven't learned to use their cameras in manual mode. I have a lens baby composer. I love it. This lens makes you think a little more. The lens baby has been used on a couple of movie sets.

@meltdownman1 Since it does tilt I assume it would. It won't however autofocus and most likely not be anywear near the sharpness of the canon tilt-shifts and such. Image quality have always seem very low, I would rather see it as a gimmick/fun lens.

they should have produced enough control freaks instead of this crap

People use plastic optics to shoot because they suck ass! lol. They can't take nice photos with nice glass optics so they take crappy crap photos and claim those arts. lol.

Will this take the place of tilt-shift lenses? I was looking into this unique area where photographers make their images appear like toys when shooting from a distance and above to get the proper effect.
Most impressive is the time lapsed photography where thousands of images are strewn together to give the appearance of a video. Something that Photoshop could not do for such a large number of images.
The Meltdownman

Buy an extra camera body cap drill a hole in it and you can make pinhole photography too.

Without 20 Rolls of Film to Lug Around, plus the Exposed Rolls, it gives a Photographer lots of room in their camera bags for a few Fun Tools!
