This is the difficulty with any new technology. Along with others, we have been at this for a few years in Darfur and there is some positive uptake. The fighting and war makes it more difficult .

They work well. I have one here in Indiana I made. Had to glue two together to make it the right size. Problem is that it is not very stable in the wind--very flexable but workable.
