Does your character have the ability go get better? Y/N

If yes how do the improvements manifest themselves.

Are they similar to games where you can pick your upgrades (fallout 3, elder scrolls oblivion,mass effect, far cry 2)

Or are they set like in JRPG's in that you can't pick which upgrades you get, you just know your character is better.

Just imagine your character picking up the small guns skill and using it too shoot up people for their cash. While out of place, I'd be a cool add-on!

I've heard somewhere that there is a time limit in which you have to do everything in.

Is this true?

Yes, u can only spent there at the most one hour. But u can add your time for another forty minutes if u want to.

While not in the best of tastes I remember someone coming up with fictional Nationalities for some of the girls.

Like the blue haired one coming from Atlantis.
