This is a rampant situation festering throughout the Western Civilization. Most men and women do NOT have the skill this cop has to deal with a system that is out of control exerting insurmountable power over citizens. I too had CAS/CPS threaten me to take my children form me if I did not sign a service agreement to keep my children form my mother. My ex wife brought forward a false allegation that my own mother molested me as a child. Women, will do anything to gain control in a divorce.
