It sounds more like "But safe to say, in contrast to point she's not someone I want to breathe WITHOUT", and not about... Kind of makes sense with the message of the song IMHO, which to me is something along the lines of "She's no 10/10 but I can't help myself". Not to mention rhyming a word with the same word is kinda stupid ;P haha
