The final seconds and post game celebration after the Tennessee Volunteers upset the #1 Kansas Jayhawks at home on Jan. 10, 2010. Most people didn't give the Vols a chance after struggling in late December to an average, at best, Southern California team. Their chances were even slimmer after four of their players, including leading scorer Tyler Smith, were arrested on drug and weapons charges on New Years Day. The four players, each of which were in the top 8 on the team in scoring, were suspended indefinitely until Coach Bruce Pearl was able to find out in more detail what had happened. Eventually the team dismissed Smith, retaining the other three, but keeping them on suspension. Only dressing out 6 scholarship players, and 10 total, the Vols were somehow able to pull off the stunning upset of Kansas, just days after the dismissal of their best player.
