For me, I found it in the used car dealer..... I just enter then exit events ( NO RACING NEEDED) to cycle cars in the dealership.....

once you do the upgrades it sounds a bit better... its only a fraction slower than the 93' Skyline GTR (fully upgraded) and about 4 seconds shy of the R35 (fully upgraded) and that thing is off its head.. im stoked with the power it has in-game.
