How to get rid of "invisible unread messages" on YouTube

For people with a friend invite glitch where there's an invisible invite, watch the video I posted about the glitch.

So, here's how to fix your invisible unread messages.

Open up two (or more) windows of your inbox...

Send yourself messages (as many as you want, more is better if you have lots of messages) and refresh the page in each window. Open and close all the messages in one window, then click the comments tab. Refresh the page in that window (keeping the other one unrefreshed) then, open all of them in the other window and click on the comments tab. Repeat this for each window or until your messages are all gone. If it works, you should have zero remaining messages ^^

If you're wondering what the exact number of messages you need to send to yourself is, it's approximately this equation:

(sent to yourself)x(windows you opened) = (invisibles)

When your inbox shows that you have unread messages and you really don't it's extremely irritating. After months of work, I've finally found out how to get rid of them!

-Operating systems: I've only tested this on Windows. If you have a MAC, please tell me if it works. (the strategy at 2:04)
