This is a video showcasing how different pieces of Autodesk technology for a general contractor or a builder can be key to share the data of the models in an overall collaboration effort. This video is all about the ability to share more than just the model but also the data. BIM collaboration at its core. This is the third video in the series.

  • This could be very useful for a Navis model to navigate and coordinate with a better idea of which system/s you're dealing with. I'm sure it would help for the person building the model to apply some separation between systems in the beginning. I have dealt with a few of these projects where short cuts have been taken during the building of the model to save time, like routing all the pipes as copper and all on one system "general", can you still do some color coding to a model built that way?
