There's a malicious intent to kill with murder while manslaughter is murder resulted only by negligence that's why Dr. Quack isn't on death row right now as we speak though frankly I think he deserves to be on death row just on principle alone by being a greedy asshole!

And it's best if they just make everyone believe this Conrad Murray killed Michael Jackson by himself? Just like JFK, it was obviously a well planned assassination...
