CS4-Dreamweaver: Table Rows, External CSS class, linking a SRC png file, Hyperlink html files

This HOW TO includes the following items:
• Setting the background color for a web page
• Adding two additional rows to a Table created in Photoshop and opened in Dreamweaver
• Text is added to Table rows
• An external CSS file is created
• A class is created and applied to text
• Photoshop is used to format a content image (Sketch) for the web page
• The Src image is changed to a new image
• Hyperlinks are set for the menu items
• "Save as" is used to create duplicate files with menu hyperlinks working

@harvestcreative Mark the table -> Go to Modify -> Edit Tag -> Browser specific -> Browse your background image. (I know it's the latest reply ever but other people might want to know)

Do you know how can I set background image in the table. I am using dreamweaver cs4. when you will click on the table there is option css and from there you can change bg colour but not picture. Please help me.
