  • the breakdowns at 0:41 and 1:41 - man, that six second progression of melodies would've made mozart crap his pants. or, to put it less vulgar, they could move someone even if they had a heart of coal.

  • You only have to remember that this one was written, arrenged and released months before Yesterday and Rubber Soul to realize that Brian Wilson were far ahead than any other popular songwriter of his time.

  • I've been involved in radio for so long that I am immune to any sense of nostalgia from any of the great hits of the 60's. They don't touch me on any level. There are one or two exceptions and this is it. This song still has meaning to me. And BTW...the montage on this post really is quite excellent.

  • great song

  • thank you marijuana for this song

  • As a big BB fan I have often been ask what my favorite BW song is.... Not possible! But music cannot be better than kiss me baby and please let me wonder. Music just cannot or need not be better!

  • It really is okay to like and appreciate BOTH bands. Honestly..you don't have to take a side in this. It's music. Love them both..Gut all this happened back in the 60's..makes no difference if you love it or hate it..It's become classic and your opinion isn't worth a whit

  • kiss a little bit, fight a little bit, kiss a little bit, fight a little bit.....Brian's youthful torments were the youthful torments of every teenager in the 60s. Treasured memories to rapturous music......

  • Think what we would be listening to if Brian Wilson had done something else.

  • Love this song!

  • @darling67 We disagree. I think after Pet Sounds the Beatles made an attempt and did well with Stawberry Fields (Lennon) in terms of production, and Penny Lane trying to broaden their muscial arrangements. Those songs were the best production and musical arrangments of the Sgt Pepper era (both should have been on Sgt Pepper but were an A/B Single.) However, neither is up to Pet Sounds's best tracks or the finished works of Simle (Good Vibrations and Heros & Villians) in my opinion.

  • Brian Wilson "just wasn't made for those Times"...genius! and all of them are great. from Brian to Dennis!
