You would likely know more about this than I, but I would like to ask a couple of questions. Is there a danger of precedence, at least in military contracts for the national security, to award such an extensive contract to a foreign entity? And, do you foresee a danger for the US industrial and intellectual base in awarding said contract to a government that illegally subsidizes aircraft development AND does not allow US companies like Boeing to compete in their own military contracts?
