Installed Cycorder video recorder for my recent upgrade to iPhone firmware 2.0. Records upto 15fps but doesn't record sound at this moment.

Hi, How are you able to transfer the file to your computer?

You need to SSH into the iPhone. In other words, access the iPhone files to download them.
After installing an app called OpenSSH you need an SCP client(I'm on windows, and use WinSCP).
Login to the iPhone you'll find the videos at /var/mobile/Media/Videos/.
The login user/pass if unchanged should be usermame (root) and password (alpine).
