NDDC planning unit & some elected councillors mainly Lib Dems but not exclusively dont have the stinking reputation for nothing, its an old boys club, the head of which is Malcolm Easton. Its about time that nasty dictator made way so that North Devon might have a chance at forming a planning unit with integrity! But dont hold your breath the current manager is known to occasionally dance to the same tune when ordered, although maybe a man with integrity when allowed?
