The CAR comment: remember folks Realtor forms are for the Realtor and NOT meant to protect you, the real estate consumer. "As Is" is a sneaky scam, just don't do it. IF you need to believe the Realtor telling you that it is safe to sign an "As Is" in your real estate transaction then that is a VERY big risk you are taking, maybe money or your families safety is not important. However, this out spoke real estate broker owner, real estate industry inside and real estate whistleblower would NEVER, ever sign a real estate contract with an "As Is" Clause.
