Rock Band Drum Silencer Comparision

This demonstrates the sound dampening abilities of the felt/foam and drum mute mods against each other and the standard Rock Band drum pad.

The standard drum pad, without any silencers installed, is the blue pad on the right. The yellow pad has the felt/foam mod installed and the red pad has the Vic Firth drum mute mod installed.

The hits across all three pads were as consistent as possible and not "faked" to make any one pad look better than another

This is a comparision of two different mods that you can create yourself. While these may be similar to commercially available products, these were both made for far less than commercially available product would cost. See the site in the video to learn how to make them yourself.

use mousepads. its a lot of noise reduction and u still get bounce and sensitivity
