@saddlebredhorsegirl "Too country"? He sings real western music and not country enough for Nashville. Nashville plays pop country and what I call "soft country". Stupid singers that are country wannabe stars and have no talent or writing skills. Country today is pathetic. Just look good for marketing and sing about nothing. The days of Strait, LeDoux, Alan jackso, etc are over! Country music is nothing but run by greedy corporations that know nothing about real country music...sad.

@saddlebredhorsegirl amen to that i called my local station to ask to play his songs on the day he died and they said that they didnt know who he was so need less to say i stopped listening to them
