@HerbsPlusBeadWorks you are entitled to your opinion---irregardless of being mislead---if you wish to use this by all means but this is not the way to go--like I said the script has the validation to what I am saying and my web page will as well tell you what the other parts of the planet are saying to the deception on omega 3's---your call for you is ok

@sefrzan most studies out there refute what you are saying and in fact point that it is not an imbalnce of 3-6 as udos stated -which by the way he was off---it is the perodizing of the oil it self and can be offset with an adequate antioxidant the 3's have nothing to do with it ---as I stated they break down far to quick unless carried with some other fat--anddd you still need a fat soluble antioxidant to keep it active

HI tony ...regarding distilled water...that is what I try tu drink...however some people say it is really bad ...because it will leach the minerals out of your body...I think it will leach the inorganic minerals which you don't want anyways in your body...Any major draw back? Tx

@jeff00211 the only drawback is listening to ignorance from people who sell "special water" distilled water are waht plants use-a natural water if you will and when ever you consume fruits and veges this is the water that is in it---unless you bind the minerals in the "special water" then they accumalate and then will need to be cleansed or chelated out--the only 2 I use are the RO and Distilled and double distilled--when using teas and coffee will make a differnce even in the uptake and taste
