Drunk black man in park (Pork chop beef Patties!!!)

This is Charlie. Well at the time some guy apparently owed Charlie some money. So Charlie decided to get drunk and explain his situation to us... Problem is we couldn't really understand him.....see if you can understand his words lol...he's not even from Jamaica. But he's really a cool guy..... Just not when he's drunk. lol Charlie no matter what people say, YOU'RE THE MAN!! ^_^
