the pictures in this video are real i was there taking them in villahermosa, tabasco. mexico...
some places the water reached 12 feet (4 meters)...
it all started in the night of october 31st of 2007.
soundtrack: in the house - in a heartbeat (music from the 2002 film 28 days later by john murphy).
@celoknob well i will tell you, i live in villahermosa, and this state received a lot of money from mexico's government (federation) and some foreign countries from all over the world.... but tabasco state's goverment stole almost everything of this money (high corruption you know) and they only spent a poor amount of money to rebuild tabasco and help the victims, imagine that people who lost all their goods only received 10000 pesos (about 800 u.s. dollars) from tabasco government.

I have always wanted to visit. My grandmother migrated from Villahermosa to New Orleans many, many years ago. These pictures remind me of my birth place after Hurricane Katrina...so sad!! I wonder if the people of Villahermosa received any assistance from their government to rebuild.
