Top Khmer Rouge figure in court

Cambodia's U.N.-backed Khmer Rouge tribunal adjourned a bail hearing on Monday for "Brother Number Two" Nuon Chea after his Dutch lawyer failed to show up.

Making his first court appearance since being charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity, the white-haired and toothless 82-year-old Nuon Chea, who was Pol Pot's right hand man, spoke only to ask that his request for bail be delayed.

"Why are we having the hearing today since I have only one Cambodian lawyer and it is not consistent with international standards?" he asked the courtroom packed with nearly 500 people and reporters.

THE GOD IS ALREADY KNOWN WHO WAS THE MAIN PROFESSIONAL, ENGINEERING, STRATEGY OF KILLINGS AND ELIMINATION OF KHMER PEOPLE. But we as a human, need to have a related proofs to show who were the killers. By seeing and hearing it does not mean they were the killers unless you can prove there were no one behind the scene.

I am concerned about safety for the 3 leader of Khmer Rouge because Cambodia need a real evidence of the killings in order to prove to the world. They should monitor closely by an independent agents who can be trust and responsible. Now it just get into water, but when they are getting deeper then you can see a real crocodiles. Have them monitoring the food in case of poisoning. I would like to see more and the real killers.

Until now I never understand why PolPot killed his own people. This is the most bizarre case in human history. Hitler killed the Jews because they are not Germans, Gengis Khan killed the Persians, Arabs... because they are not Mongols. I also heard that PolPot was a well educated man that makes it more strange.
